Donald Trump is leading the GOP pack in the primary, and right now, it's likely that he will be the GOP nominee for president once again.
That means we've got our work cut out for us, but we already know how to beat him and his harmful agenda.
Last month, we saw the strength of our grassroots power when Democrats and progressive values won big in races across the country.
It's clear people are sick and tired of the GOP's gravitation towards MAGA extremism and their inability to address the challenges facing our country.
When we focus on the issues that matter most – creating jobs, growing our economy, fighting for workers' rights, safeguarding abortion rights, defending our democracy, and expanding civil rights – we win elections.
Oregon Democrats are fired up and focused on these important issues, and that's a good thing because we're going to need your grassroots energy to take back the House in 2024.
The road to winning back the House and putting the brakes on hateful GOP extremism goes through Oregon, and we have three critical swing races in purple districts. Here's the plan: We'll defend Val Hoyle in OR-4 and Andrea Salinas in OR-6, and we'll elect a Democrat in OR-5. Our grassroots team will make the difference in these tough races across the state and help stop Trump, combat MAGA extremism, and take back our democracy.
We've won the hard races before, and in 2024, we'll do it again.
